Eran Lahav

Eran Lahav is a terrorism researcher, an expert on global jihad, proxy organizations of Iran and extremist groups.

Eran is a senior researcher in the security movement, specializing in ISIS, al-Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah, supporters of white supremacy and more. He is the founder of the project 'Matterror' for the research and analysis of terrorism and the host of the podcast 'On the Target' on terrorism, the Arab world, security and the Middle East.


The author of the book 'The Exporter', the first biographical book in Hebrew about Qassem Soleimani, the former commander of the Qods Force.
Eran has professional experience as an analyst and translator from social networks and the Arabic press, and even served as an analyst for a student project at the Counter-Terrorism Headquarters of the National Security Headquarters. During his service he served as a researcher in the Intelligence Corps.


Worked in Israeli embassies abroad and engaged in advocacy and public diplomacy. After that, he worked in marketing and content management in social networks in Berlin.


In parallel with his activities as a terrorism researcher, Eran is engaged in entrepreneurship, digital marketing and artificial intelligence and guiding a community of young entrepreneurs in Berlin.

Eran publishes many articles dealing with terrorism, various extremist groups, geopolitics in the various media channels in Israel and abroad.


Speaks 4 languages including German and Arabic.
